To Join:

1. Tell them why you’d like to win a 2010 Cosmo Date Book for your friend and email them your best “Dear Diary” pic, holding your prized 2010 Cosmo Date Book!


2. In your email, also include a description of the photo, your full name, your Cosmo.ph username, age, occupation, and mobile number. Send all entries to webmaster@cosmo.ph. Make sure the email you will use and the email you used to register to Cosmo.ph correspond, since they will be checking if they match. Incomplete entries will automatically be disqualified. The best photos get chosen as winners!
